D & L Enterprises is a family-owned company based in Eldersburg, Maryland. Serving Carroll County and the surrounding areas since 1988, we specialize in custom interior and exterior painting of both residential and commercial spaces.

We also offer other services ranging from wallpaper removal to power washing and carpentry. With our home-finishing solutions, we can help you update virtually any area of your home—inside or out. Whether you need drywall repairs and installation, or wood staining and sealing, we’ve got it covered.

Not only are we MHIC licensed and properly insured throughout the state of Maryland, but also we personally handle each and every job. Since we don’t subcontract the work, you can trust that we’ll send quality painters and/or handymen to complete any task you request.
